Personal Assistant (NSP)

Sedat Consult, an HR consulting firm, is looking for a proactive, organised and reliable National Service Personnel to give administrative and operational support to the Managing Director, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling correspondence, supporting follow-ups and helping with varied tasks for the MD's day-to-day work.

Main duties include:

• Support the Managing Director with files, reports, correspondence and record-keeping of HR documents.
• Coordinate and oversee training programmes in Accra, including scheduling sessions, preparing training materials and keeping sessions running smoothly.
• Help with recruitment by posting vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Support new employee onboarding, including orientation, preparing documents and making sure they have what they need to start.

• Must be an eligible National Service Personnel.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and follow-through.
• Professional, proactive and willing to learn.
