Everyday habits for fresh breath

• Brush twice a day and clean your tongue, where most odour-causing bacteria live.
• Floss or use a chewing stick between the teeth.
• Drink enough water and do not skip breakfast; a dry mouth smells more.
• See a dentist if bad breath continues, as gum disease and tooth decay are common causes.

Want a smaller pack? The Fresh Breath and Oral Care Support Pack has the tooth gel, aloe and greens without the Garlic-Thyme.
