Isaac Mintah is a Ghanaian entrepreneur, author, and Emotional Intelligence & Leadership Coach dedicated to helping individuals and organisations grow through leadership, personal development, innovation, and transformational thinking.
Isaac Mintah was born in Aboso, Ghana's Western Region, to Elizabeth Amponsah and Paul Mintah. He is the first of six children and was raised by a single parent — experiences that deeply shaped his work on responsibility, leadership, and the African firstborn experience.
He completed secondary education at Nsein Senior High School (WASSCE, General Science) and holds an Advanced Professional Certificate in Strategic Business Management from the Metropolitan School of Business and Management, United Kingdom (2018–2020). He is currently studying for a BA in Professional Development & Psychology at the University of Ghana and a BSc in Computer Science at the University of the People (2026–2029).
Professional Certifications
Since 2014, Isaac Mintah has served at G4S Security Services (Ghana) Limited as Human Resources Administrator, supporting workforce administration, regulatory compliance, and operational coordination for a workforce exceeding 600 personnel.
In 2023, he founded Activezoon Universal Limited Company as its CEO and Founder — a digital holding firm operating three platforms:
Alongside his professional work, Isaac Mintah is an independent recording artist blending Afro-pop, Afro-dancehall, highlife, and conscious music. His music addresses love, responsibility, cultural pressure, resilience, and the lived experiences of African youth.
Isaac Mintah is the author of 8 books examining psychology, society, branding, and African cultural realities. His work is noted for analytical depth, cultural relevance, and a strong emphasis on youth empowerment and ethical leadership.
