About the role

Prudential Trust needs a customer service officer in Kasoa who can handle a busy phone line and turn conversations into sales.

What you will do

  • Answer a high volume of customer calls
  • Generate sales leads and meet call and sales targets
  • Understand what customers need and resolve complaints on time
  • Keep customer records and process accounts

Requirements

  • HND or degree in Communications, Marketing, Business or related field
  • 2 to 3 years in customer support or client service
  • Confident on the phone, a good listener and well organised
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
