Sao Ghana is recruiting field sales officers to sign up agents and merchants for its payment products.
What you will do
- Visit and sign up new agents and merchants to hit monthly targets
- Map your territory and plan weekly visits to busy and underserved areas
- Explain products, pricing and commissions clearly to prospects
- Diploma or HND in Business, Marketing or Sales (a degree is a plus)
- At least 2 years of field sales, ideally fintech, mobile money, banking, telecoms or FMCG
- Knows the local markets and languages
- Comfortable reporting with a smartphone and basic office tools
