HR Manager – Manufacturing

A manufacturing factory in Nsawam is looking for an experienced HR Manager to run day-to-day human resource operations, with a particular focus on managing factory workers, employee relations, discipline and workforce administration.

The role covers:

• Managing and supervising the factory workforce and HR operations.
• Handling employee relations, grievances, discipline and conflict resolution.
• Keeping attendance, leave and workforce records.
• Making sure the company follows Ghanaian labour laws and its HR policies.
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Keeping a productive and disciplined working environment.

• More than 6 years of experience managing factory workers in a manufacturing environment.
• Above 35 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of HR management and Ghanaian labour laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Lives in Nsawam or nearby, or is willing to relocate.
