Refund and Return Policy

Effective Date: 1 November 2026

Please read this policy before you order from isaac-mintah.com. It applies to physical products and digital products such as eBooks bought through our shop.

1. All sales are final

Products are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not give refunds once an order has been delivered, including for a change of mind or for ordering the wrong item. Because our products are health, wellness and personal care items, they cannot be resold once they have left us.

2. Delivery fee

Delivery within Ghana costs GHS 50 per order and takes 1 to 24 hours, depending on your location. The delivery fee is not refundable.

3. Wrong or damaged items

If you receive the wrong product, or your product arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will check it and send you the correct product or a replacement.

4. Orders we cannot fulfil

If we cannot supply a product you have paid for, we will tell you and refund the amount you paid for it.

5. Digital products

eBooks and other digital products are non-refundable once they have been delivered or made available to download.

6. Before you buy
