University of Ghana Students Invited to Apply for Erasmus+ Exchange in Poland with €800 Monthly Stipend

The International Programmes Office of the University of Ghana (UG) has announced an opportunity for three University of Ghana students to participate in the Erasmus+ Student Exchange Programme at the University College of Enterprise and Administration (WSPA) in Lublin, Poland.

The exchange opportunity will take place during the Spring Semester, from March to June 2027, as part of the 2026/2027 Academic Year.

Selected students will receive a monthly stipend of €800 to support their stay and other eligible expenses during the exchange period.

Erasmus+ Exchange Programme in Poland

The exchange programme provides selected University of Ghana students with an opportunity to undertake academic studies at the University College of Enterprise and Administration in Lublin, Poland.

A total of three students will be selected under the exchange arrangement.

Students are encouraged to carefully review the available courses and consult their respective departments regarding course equivalency before submitting their applications.

This is particularly important because students should establish whether courses taken during the exchange can be appropriately recognised towards their degree programme at the University of Ghana.

€800 Monthly Stipend

Under the agreement, each selected student will receive a monthly stipend of €800 to support their stay and other eligible expenses.

However, students should note that the stipend does not necessarily cover every cost associated with participating in the exchange programme.

Selected students will be responsible for:

  • Processing their own visa;
  • Covering additional out-of-pocket expenses and incidentals;
  • Making the necessary financial arrangements for their travel; and
  • Pre-financing their flight tickets.

According to the announcement, nominees will be reimbursed for their flight costs in accordance with the programme's funding guidelines, where applicable.

Students are therefore encouraged to make adequate financial preparations before travelling.

Who Can Apply?

The opportunity is open to eligible students of the University of Ghana who are interested in participating in the Erasmus+ Student Exchange Programme at WSPA in Lublin, Poland.

Applicants should also review the available courses and consult their academic departments about course equivalency before applying.

Important Information About Course Equivalency
